Services

Sport Specialist: Nutrition and Gut Microbiota

As an expert in sport and nutrition, I work with athletes to improve their performance through personalized nutritional plans. With 15 years of experience in sport science, I analyse clients’ physiology, habits, and training schedules to deliver scientifically proven recommendations based on their individual needs. To do so I rely on clinical data of the person, his history (anamnesis and familiarity) and on his gut health, due to the contribution of the gut microbiota to the systemic health and athletic performances. I guide the athlete through a full analysis testing of their gut microbiota from biological samples (blood, urine or stool samples) and offer their my support for the outcome interpretation and revision of their dietary habits according to the test results.
